CHALLENGES

  • Fix information architecture across client pages, booking flows, and e-commerce to reduce friction and improve discoverability.

  • Redesign analytics dashboards into intuitive, role-tailored interfaces for partners, account managers, and operations.

  • Support varied user types (tourism operators, territory partners, travel resellers) while keeping workflows scalable for the platform.

MY ROLE

  • Lead UX Designer: led research, IA, interaction and visual design, component library, and drove the design-system rollout with engineering.

APPROACH

  • Stakeholder collaboration: worked closely with CEO, tech manager, and developers to surface must-have features, constraints, and roadmap priorities.

  • Competitive benchmarking: compared regional and global tourism/exchange platforms to identify best patterns for booking, partner onboarding, and reporting.

  • User research: interviewed territory partners, operators, and internal ops to map journeys, pain points, and data needs.

  • Sprint prioritization: broke work into incremental releases, delivering core booking and partner onboarding first, then e-commerce and analytics.

  • Design system & component library: created V3’s first design system and a reusable component library to ensure UI consistency and speed up development.

  • Iterative agile workflow: established regular demos, feedback loops, and acceptance criteria to align stakeholders and developers.

DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS

  • Reworked IA and client page templates: clearer product/service taxonomy, action-focused hero modules, and templated content blocks for partner pages.

  • Simplified booking & e-commerce flows: streamlined search-to-booking funnel, clear pricing/availability, and one-click add-ons for upsells.

  • Role-based analytics dashboard: KPI overview tiles for partners, conversion funnels for account managers, and booking/revenue reports for operations with exportable CSVs.

  • Onboarding & partner management UX: guided signup flows, verification steps, and a partner dashboard for inventory, pricing, and promo management.

  • Design system components: modular cards, data tables, form patterns, notification system, and responsive grid to support desktop and mobile partner workflows.

RESULT

  • Positive partner feedback: territory partners reported higher satisfaction with the new UX.

  • Increased partner sign-ups following demos of the redesigned platform.

  • Faster design and development cycles thanks to the design system and reusable components.

  • Improved reporting: partners and internal teams can monitor sales, bookings, and analytics more efficiently and generate reports faster.
